It's the closest to a real untouched HD copy IMO. Look for the 4k77/4k80/4k83 projects. They're full remasters of the original trilogy sourced from 35mm prints. They have full write ups on their websites about how the project was done.I have done the trick above with mkvtoolnix and re-saved the file and it fixes that problem. I think it might be worth trying it in your case. I would completely move the file out of Plex and re-scan and empty trash. Do the re-save on the file, and then move the new fixed file back to the folder and re-scan Plex.
