These team comps got me to Diamond 3 by mostly defending. Strange thing is that Thorne work well in Gb team instead of Grezhul, he will lock enemies healing received. Your third team is a bit of a mishmash of leftover heros and you can probably get one more strong core for that team. Tasi/Ferael/Rowan is one good core. Ainz/Albedo/Arthur is another.
