Cloutium Ore only spawns under ground. If your drills are above ground it will not find any. OHHHH That makes sense. I tried to start a mining rig underground but it didn't work cuz I was in Tier 2 dirt with a Tier 1 drill. I'll try without digging quite as deeply this time.

Iron can only process Tier 1 dirt, you need cloutium to process Tier 2 dirt. The cloutium drill works on levels 8-16 while iron drills only work above level 8. Something also worth noting here is that T2 drills can work faster/more efficiently with higher water pressure. T1 has a lower maximum pressure it can take.
