It was my understanding that all of the official star wars media, including the Kotor games and many of the other games produced by official studios, was in canon for the star wars universe up until Disney bought out star wars. Meaning Revan and Bastilla as well as the whole story was official canon.Disney should make Kotor 1 and Swtor canon. Spoilers/Change My Mind: The "canon" of The Exile being light side is terrible. And yes, I know that Chris Avellone was not the one who established canon here. Personally I think if it was his call he'd keep the alignment at gray. My standard of what a light sided canon play-through would be is choosing all light side leaning options when possible.
