I called KP Advice Nurse on the phone Monday for an urgent issue and was given an online appt to be seen the same day in Urgent Care 2 1/2 hours away. No appts were available near me. When I arrived I was told I didn't have an appt. They said I canceled it! Under no conditions did I cancel the appt I drove 2 1/2 hours through rain/mud for!
