I would recommend osanc or dungeoneer as they both have low reqs and are geared towards newer players to o3. Runs usually require at least maxed dps stats or 8/8 and tops. Going into the event with zero o3 completes, I have done around 15 attempts on a 0/8 priest and completed 3 of them (with many deaths on the attempts). Note that all the ones I did complete were discord runs; it is almost impossible to complete a public o3 on a fresh 0/8 unless you get supremely lucky with other players.
