Lots of mods are causing this kind of issue. And some mods that may conflict with hdt. Especially since it depends on how many bones the hair uses. too much bones would likely lead to ctd (depends on your pc setup) or physics stopped working. That's why always back up your mods in mo2 since not all mods have patches.
