Sonos orange light solid.
All of a sudden it disappeared from the rooms in the app and I can't connect it back. I can get it working by plugging in an ethernet cable but can't get it to connect wirelessly. My other Sonos speakers are still connected. I've tried resetting it, connecting it again as a new room but I just get the solid white light all the time.

I got the black brick of death (Roam just quit holding a charge). Went through diags on chat with Sonos, they agreed it was dead after about 20 minutes of chat. They promptly emailed the return info and shipper label. Carrier drop off was last Tuesday, so today it’s been a week. Will update when the replacement arrives.

I’ve tried the holding of the power button for 15 seconds thing a number of times, on and off the USB and the charging base.
We were using a standard USB charging point, but it was staying on solid orange whilst charging, and flashing orange when we removed the cable. We then tried an ipad USB charging plug (the big chunky one), and within minutes the white light appeared and the Sonos chime made its waking up noise, and it was then visible to our devices via bluetooth.
