Update: As of 11:20AM EST issue is resolved. Problem was related to migration of cloud services IPTV (change of IP address) in the Azure cloud for U-Verse mid-region IPTV server. Old IP restored. Customers may need to reboot their STBs that are not working. If that doesn't work then soft recovery maybe needed.

If wireless make sure the access point for the wireless boxes is plugged in and has power. Make sure the same AP is plugged in via patch cord from the AP to the AT&T gateway.
